Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for your purchase from MrsReaderPants, LLC!
I truly hope you enjoy the resources and find them useful for many years to come.

Please note that, in most cases, digital products (including downloadable, licensed, or subscription-based materials) are non-returnable.

However, you may be eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if your request meets the criteria outlined below.

Refunds are not available after 30 days.

In order to be eligible for a refund

For Single Resources (not part of a bundle):
You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if:

  • You are not satisfied with the resource, or
  • You accidentally purchased a duplicate of an item you previously bought from my TPT store, Librarians Teach, or my website shop.

For Bundles:
You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if:

  • You have not downloaded any of the items in the bundle, or
  • You have downloaded only one item from the bundle and are not satisfied with it.

Sale:

You can get a refund for items on sale, provided they meet the criteria for a refund above.

To request a refund:

Include the following in your message to help expedite the process:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your MrsReaderPants account
  • Your Order ID number (found under Shop > My Account > Orders)
  • The reason for your refund request

Late or missing refunds:

If you requested a refund but do not receive it within a few days after I confirm the refund, first check your bank account again or contact the bank.

Shipping:

All products sold on this website are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.

Refund:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account or credit card statement.
