As per our policy, digital products that are downloadable, licensed, or accessed on a subscription basis can’t be returned in most cases.
You are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, but this only applies if you have not yet downloaded the digital product.
After the 30 day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund.
To obtain a refund, please email your name, email used for your MrsReaderPants account, and order ID# (available in your Orders folder). My email address is leigh@readerpants.net.
In order to be eligible for a refund
- you must not have downloaded the digital resource
- the purchase is a duplicate of an item you previously bought from my TPT store or blog shop
- purchase was made within 30 days of refund request
- the product must have the receipt or proof of purchase (in this case, the Order ID)

Sale:
You can get a refund for items on sale, provided they have not been downloaded.
Late or missing refunds:
If you requested a refund but do not receive it within a few days after I confirm the refund, first check your bank account again or contact the bank.

Shipping:
All resources sold on this website are digital. Nothing will be shipped to you.
Refund:
The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. Note that it may take 14 business days for a refund to show up on your account or credit card statement.
