Big news! After six wonderful years in China and five in Mexico, I’ve moved back to the Dallas-Fort Worth area! This move has been in the works since January, but the last part (me actually moving) just happened last Friday.
It’s been a whirlwind of unpacking, reconnecting, and getting resettled, so I’m making a small change this month to help keep things manageable.
For June, the New Release Spotlights will NOT be featured on my blog.
Instead, you’ll find them on Bookshop.org, where I’ve created curated lists for June’s newest picture book, middle grade, and YA titles. I will add new titles to these lists each week throughout June.

This switch to Bookshop is much easier for me right now, plus I think it will make browsing new releases easier for you.
Bookshop.org is a new site to me, but if you and I both like it, I may keep future Spotlights here instead of on my blog. That way, you can buy books right from the site (while also supporting local independent bookstores).
Yep! The three New Release Spotlight Canva presentations are still coming, but they’ll be slightly delayed this month (I’m still working on them). Watch your inbox for the announcement that they are ready!
